Special Accomodations:
If your child needs any accommodation to have a more engaging experience at North, we want to hear about it. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you wish about your child's needs, whatever information you feel will better help our teachers meet your child's needs. If you have specific strategies or practices you use to work with your child, we'd love to hear about those too, so we can work alongside you in raising your child to know God more fully, and to experience his love more deeply.
Examples of accommodations or needs could include: Hearing impairment | Physical or mental disability | ADHD, Autism or Down Syndrome | Dyslexia
Photography/Videography Agreement:
By registering my child(ren) I agree to allow North Isanti Baptist Church (NIBC) to photograph or video my child and/or me or use photograph(s) or videos that already exist of my child and/or me that were taken in a church setting. I understand that the photographs, digital images, or video segments may be used in print or electronic media and that the photographs may be displayed on websites owned or sponsored by the NIBC.
I give NIBC permission to publish, exhibit, and distribute these materials. Possible uses include educational, research, development, public service, or training activities under the overarching vision and mission of NIBC. I understand that NIBC owns the copyright to the multimedia material in which I or my child may appear.
